Welcome! I'm Umbra, a digital and aspiring 3D artist from Spain. I get inspired by (and easily obsess over) TV shows, movies and games. One Piece and Hannibal are permanently stationed in my head.I'm currently working on an adult (18+) drawing, writing and roleplaying collaborative worldbuilding game called Ayrum RPG! - Normal Commissions -

To commission me just send me an email ([email protected]) or a DM on Discord (@umbrace).When commissioning me please try to detail your idea as much as possible, the more you can tell me about it the more satisfied you will be. Giving me a short description of your character's personality is preferable so I can draw accurate poses!Extra characters are always +80% of the base price.Disclaimer: by commissioning me you are automatically stating that you agree with my ToS.

Sketch [30€]

I always do a cleaner second pass on top of the original sketch. Default is fullbody but you may ask for less to cheapen the price.
+ Color (comes with minimal shading): +10€
+ Background: +30€

Full Color [80€]

Default is a fully shaded fullbody with transparent or abstract background. You may ask for a halfbody, bust, or for it to be flat colored without shading to cheapen the price.
+ Simple background (platforms or small elements): +20€
+ Full background: +50€

Reference Sheet [100€]

Default price is for a basic reference which includes one fullbody of the character and 1-2 detail shots (may be colored or not) + info + palette. The background will either be flat colors or a photo.I require a previous visual reference to work off of, I won't work with descriptions, for that please look at the Custom Design section!

Custom Design [80€]

I will design a character for you following your wishes! The price includes a finished polished flat colored or lightly cell shaded fullbody of the character, and the necessary back-and-forth between us so you're satisfied with the result.I will send WIP shots as I work on it and you're free to correct anything throughout the sketching stage. Once I get to coloring I will only allow changes to the actual palette or markings, any steps after that don't allow further changes without a fee.I will work off of descriptions but at least a moodboard or reference photos are required, since I work better with them and have a more clear vision of what you mean/want. Sketchy examples are also super useful even if they're rushed!You may ask for a more sketchy/unfinished version of the final result to cheapen the price. You may also ask for detail shots if you'd like to add them to better understand the design for a small fee.

- Experimental Corner -

This is the section for my more experimental / stylized / painterly illustrations. I always try new stuff out or play with these so they don't have a definitive more solid look to them. If you want a full illustration with mostly artistic freedom while I focus on mood and atmosphere you're probably interested in these!
They are not guaranteed to be fullbodies though I will try to show as much as the composition fits. They will always be fully shaded and with a background.Price increase depends on character and background complexity!

- Mini Commissions -

Smols [15€]

Just some little guys, they come in a 100 x 100 px canvas. Overly complicated designs may need to be simplified.
Can add a small object or companion for no extra charge.

Cheebs [35€]

Shaded 300x380 fullbodies. These are more detailed and a bit less chibified than smols, they also work great as stickers and keychains.
I can add small objects for no extra charge.

- Terms of Service -

Please read my ToS in their entirety and understand the rules.
By commissioning me you're automatically agreeing to all of the below terms. These terms are subject to changes at my discretion without warning or notice, and will still apply to any art I have made that you receive.
You won't receive a physical copy of your commission. You're paying for a fully digital service.

Commission Policy

- My art may not be used to train generative AI models or anything NFT related.
- I do not work with deadlines.
- Characters may be simplified due to limitations of the medium.
- I will only accept clear, large, digital reference images.
- You can request commission types not already listed, but there is no guarantee I will accept the request.
- Commissions may take up to two months depending on how many I have. I will notify you of any severe delays such as illness, etc.I will not accept any commission that includes:- Extremely graphic gore (due to my inexperience with it).
- Fanart of characters of any media I don't know of. Feel free to ask for my fandoms!
- Heavy mechanical designs.
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise bigoted or fascist material.
- NSFW content (non-sexual nudity is fine!)
- I will not draw in somebody else's style.
- I am comfortable and confident in drawing almost everything, otherwise, I will tell you if I am not.

Artist Rights and Agreements

- I retain the rights to my art and my ability to use it as I wish.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- using art that may feature your character(s) as means of advertising my own art.
- using design elements, sketches / compositions, or other similar miscellaneous content that was not used in the final product of the commission as I wish.
- posting commissioned works / elements from commissions behind a paywall, such as on sites like Patreon, after the commission has been delivered to the commissioner.
- I will not sell physical items such as prints, pins, stickers, etc. that feature commissioned works or characters in them unless the commissioner / owners of the characters wish that I do so when such items are offered.
- I retain the right to refuse service to anyone, or refuse / cancel any commission, as well as to keep a blacklist.

Customer Rights and Agreements

- You may not redistribute, resell, repost, copy, edit, modify, attempt to recreate, and or use my art in any way shape or form (that is not personal) without my direct, written permission.
- Nothing created by me (Umbrace) may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, generative AI or future inventions of the space.- By commissioning me for the digital goods I offer, you agree that you acknowledge and accept that no physical good will be received.
- Upon completion of the commission, the commissioner will receive a watermarked .png file.
- The commissioner will not receive a physical product nor will they be entitled to an unwatermarked copy or the original layered files.- By placing a commission order, upon my acceptance of the commission, you agree to pay the price I give to you at the time of placing the commission order in full.
- By purchasing an art piece from me you agree to adhere to my terms and conditions listed here.- Failure to adhere to the rules listed here will result in any of the following:
- Being blocked and banned indefinitely from commissioning me.
- In the event of chargebacks on Paypal, the dispute would be resolved via Paypal.
- In the event of chargebacks, the buyer would also be publicly blacklisted.

Order & Post-Completion Edits

- Edits to the specifics of orders may only be made if no significant progress has been made on the commission.
- Which edits I accept are up to my discretion. Generally, I will not accept major changes that would normally alter the price of the commission or are significantly different from the original order, especially if the original order was vague.
- Regarding errors, I will try to fix any I make.
- Errors include things like: forgotten markings, uncolored areas, wrong markings, etc.
- Which errors I will fix are ultimately up to my discretion. Sometimes I lack the original file or ability to fix them.- Edits to completed works, regarding errors or otherwise, will NOT be made if:
- they would require the re-doing of the entire piece or extensive parts of it.
- they are something not specified in the initial order. (Ex: the markings on the character have changed after the commission has been completed.)
- they are asked for more than 1 week after the commission is delivered.

Pricing and Payments

- Prices are subject to change at my discretion.
- No price quote is binding, as prices may change before the commission order is placed.
- Complex characters and / or compositions may raise the price of your commission.
- Payments are made via Paypal in EURO.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of me contacting you for payment. I will not start your commission until you pay. If you fail to pay after 48 hours, I may cancel your commission and award the commission slot to someone else.
- Payments will be made via invoice. Please provide me with your Paypal Address when you place an order.
- Full refunds will only be available if I haven't started your commission yet. Partial refunds may be discussed but are not certain.

Terms of Use for Commissions

- My art may not be reposted or redistributed anywhere without my prior permission for that specific commission.
- If you are given permission to repost, credit must be given to me as the original artist, and if possible please include a link back to my social media page.
- You may only repost art of your character to character database websites such as Toyhou.se.
- Do not reupload my art to public galleries such as FurAffinity, Tumblr or deviantART, or other social media sites.
- Only repost the watermarked version if you possess an unwatermarked copy.
- You may not claim credit for the original creation of anything that I have made for you or your use.- Art may not be used for commercial purposes or in a larger product / work unless you have specified this is to be the purpose of the commission while placing the order.
- You may not profit from my art in any way.
- Do not edit my art at all. My art does not come with unwatermarked versions. Do not try to remove the watermark.
- If the watermark obscures a part you want to use for say an icon, I will gladly move it for you. Do not try to move it yourself.
- If you would like to color uncolored drawings like lineart or sketch pages, please ASK me beforehand.
- If you end up being allowed to color the aforementioned things, you must properly credit me for the lineart / sketch, etc.[Original ToS borrowed from SweetChimera and edited by myself]
